Hi Parents, Our garden beds are done! Thanks to the SD43 crew for building and landscaping the area. You can see photos of this area on our Twitter site. http://www.twitter.com/@waltonsd43 We are asking that the children do not play in the garden beds (a la Sandboxes) as we will be using the boxes to grow vegetables. During recess and lunch, the children will not be permitted to play in the garden beds. It would be very helpful if, after school, you could ensure your child does not play in them as well. Walton PAC is hosting a movie night at the Walton Gym on Friday, February 26th. The feature film is The Good Dinosaur. Concession opens at 6:00 PM and the movie starts at 6:30 PM. Admission is $3/person with all proceeds going to the Walton PAC. Watch out for posters around the school!
Volunteers Needed for Movie Night Movie night is only made possible with the help of volunteers and we're still in need of a few helping hands. So, if you are able to come out and help at this upcoming movie night on Friday, February 26th please email waltonpacfundraising@gmail.com OR complete the online volunteer form. Together we raised an amazing $13,030! Our library will be well stocked for several years to come.
