The Toastminors curriculum focuses on three goals:
1. Public Speaking:
2. Etiquette Training : (public speaking on a small scale)
3. Leadership Training:

Toastmajors
Wind & Tide's Public Speaking Program provides the opportunity for students to continue after successfully completing Toastminors. Offered as a second-year program, our Toastmajors curriculum provides the opportunity to master the skills and key concepts previously covered in Toastminors with a deeper focus on the keys of public speaking, including the introduction to more challenging criteria and speech topics, as well as leadership opportunities.
Toastmajors still complete the Toastminor curriculum, yet it is expanded in terms of their speeches (more independent creation as opposed to guided by a teacher) and includes opportunities to demonstrate and lead within the class. Any new students joining who have not completed Toastminors, are still welcome to register for Toastmajors if they are in grade 3 or higher.
