Fencing is an attractive and complex sport suited for all ages. It is an Olympic discipline and is often referred as “chess in motion”. The sport is challenging for both mind and body, developing athleticism, endurance, speed and hand-eye coordination in a fun and very engaging way. It is a mental work-out which improves strategic thinking abilities and psychological endurance under pressure.

Most of all - IT IS FUN- both boys and girls enjoy the dynamic, entertaining practice as they learn the basic rules of the sport.
