After School Activity Waitlist

We are sorry that you could not register for your chosen activity. If you would like to be put on the wait list please fill out the below form. If a spot becomes available we will contact you. Please fill out the form for each activity you would like to waitlist for (if you want to waitlist for two activities then you must fill the form out twice, once for each activity).

Please note that waitlists are for the current school year only and will not carry over to the 2016/17 school year.
