Celebrate the Earth with Walton PAC's Earth Day Swap Meet!

Back by popular demand, the Walton PAC Swap Meet will return. This time we will celebrate Earth Day 2018 with the swap meet on Friday, April 27th, 2018 (3pm to 7pm) and Saturday, April 28th, 2018 (9am to 1pm).
This eco-purpose event will bring together local businesses and bargain hunters all under one roof. Admission is FREE! There will be 30 tables available each day of the event.
You can rent a table and sell your own items OR you may donate your unwanted items to the PAC. The PAC will sell the items at a reasonable price and all proceeds made will go directly to continue to provide for the needs of our Walton students. If there are any unsold items after the Swap Meet, they will be donated to a local charity.
We will also have Earth Day related activities and giveaways available on both days! City of Coquitlam Waste Management, Hoy Creek Watershed Society, Mr. I and the Rainbow Singers, SFU Summer Camps, will all be providing fun and educational activities. There will also be a chance to buy seedlings or plant your own seeds for free! If you know of any earth-friendly businesses who would like to participate, please see below under Sponsorship. Table Rental - Tables are now SOLD OUT. We are accepting reservations on waitlist only and will contact you if we can fit you in.

$20 per table for one day / $35 for 2 days
$40 per Commercial table for one day / $70 for 2 days
The rental cost covers for 4 hours of rental time on the day of. You will be able to start setting up your table 30 minutes BEFORE Swap Meet starts. Your table must be cleaned and emptied 30 minutes AFTER Swap Meet finishes. If you are booking for 2 days, we will secure your items in the locked gym. Please book early as we have limited tables available.

Donations
If you wish to donate items to the school for the Swap Meet, please drop the items off at your child’s classroom. Items for donation should be in good condition. Donations will be accepted between April 24 to April 26, 2018.

**We can not to accept the following items: computers, car seats, expired helmets, furniture or any items that require special disposal**
