In the comic and anime class students will learn the fundamentals in character design such as figure drawings to designing character facials styles. Students will be guided to explore different Japanese and American comic/anime styles. With the goal to eventually develop your own unique style in drawing and create your dream character to your comic story.

While Walton After School Program and all Sports Program instructors will take reasonable steps to prevent injuries to participants, some degree of risk is inherent in the nature of all Sports activities.

By participating in this activity, parents and participants are agreeing that the activity they are taking part in is suitable for the participant in question and a possible risk of injury associated with participation does exist. I hereby apply to participate in Sports programming and agree that its instructors or any person acting on its behalf shall be held harmless from any and all liability for injuries or damage which may result from any activities conducted and or supervised by Instructors.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Missed Classes: If your child is sick, please notify us by using our absence reporting form at https://forms.gle/m7cwtA2HiTM5bE817. Absences must be submitted by 2PM on the day of the program. There will be no make-up class or refund for any missed class(es).

Allergies: It is the parents' responsibility to inform us of any allergies. We are not responsible for any unknown reactions or medical situations that arise from unreported allergies.

Attendance: It is the parents responsibility to remind their children(s) of their enrollment and participation in the after school program. On the day of the program, all registered children(s) must gather at the gym after the bell rings and report to the volunteer. Walton PAC, program instructors, and school don't have the capabilities to search school premises for any unaccounted children(s). Any absences must be submitted by 2PM on the day of the program via https://forms.gle/m7cwtA2HiTM5bE817

Pick-up: Please pick up your child on time and from the room the after school activity program is held. After school program finishes promptly at 4:30PM. Parents are required to notify the instructor if they are unable to arrive on time. We will keep a record of families who are repeatedly late in picking up their child (over 10 minutes late). If a family has picked up their child late 3 or more times, they won’t be able to register for an after school activity in the future term.

WITHDRAWAL

All programs registration are final and no refunds will be issued.

I agree to all the regulations stated above and accept the consequence of suspension of my child’s classes if any of the terms and conditions stated above are violated.
I am aware that there are risks associated with the participation in the Program, including the risk of injury, and I consent to my child’s participation in spite of such risks.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to advise the Walton After School Program Coordinators and Instructors of any medical or other conditions which may affect my child’s participation in the Program and have listed them above.
I understand that I am responsible for immediately notifying Walton After School Program Coordinators and Instructors of any changes to the above information.
In the event that my child requires medical attention, I consent to my child being transported to the nearest emergency centre, including by ambulance if necessary.
