Sports Day Volunteer Details
Sports Day is Friday June 6, 2014
The PAC will be running a Sports Day Concession which will be open to adults and students. Students will be able to purchase snacks during recess and lunch. We will also be supplying lunch to about 28 Scott Creek volunteers. We are looking for volunteers to help out at recess time, help with setup in the morning and cleanup in the afternoon, help with the sports day concession and provide lunch to the Scott Creek volunteers. You are not expected to volunteer for the whole time.

Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:
Sports Day Preparation and Set Up:
Sports Day Concession:
Scott Creek Volunteer Lunch:
Sports Day Clean Up:
After School Sales:
Sports Day Preparation and Set Up:
- Thur Jun 5, 7:30 - 9:00 pm
- Fri Jun 6, 8:30 – 9:30 am
Sports Day Concession:
- Fri Jun 6, 9:30 am – 1:00 pm
- Anytime you can give during this period is appreciated - you do not have to volunteer for the entire time.
- We need lots of volunteers working at the concession during recess (10:30 – 10:45 am)
Scott Creek Volunteer Lunch:
- Fri Jun 6, 11:30 - 12:40 pm
- Includes setup, prep. and cleanup
Sports Day Clean Up:
- Fri Jun 6, 1:45 – 2:00 pm
After School Sales:
- Fri Jun 6, 1:45 – 2:00 pm
