Ready to Lead
Building on the foundation of skills of Wind & Tide’s Literacy Program and communication skills of Toastminors, Ready to Lead further develops the concepts of leadership with a focus on public discourse, critical thinking and action. At Wind & Tide, we believe that every child has the ability to be a leader in their own unique way. We want to nourish the young leaders of tomorrow, instilling integrity, value and self-confidence; skills they will need to impact the world around them.
