Emergency Supplies Inventory Report and request for donations 2015
On April 18th we counted all the supplies in the emergency shed. First and foremost thanks very much to the people came early Saturday morning to help with the work, with their help we were able to do it in a few hours. While I am glad to report that the basic items (food, water) in the shed are within the expiry date and in good quantities, many others need to be replaced or bought. For that reason and before we purchase them from the Emergency Fund. We would like to request all Walton families to look in their tool boxes and sheds, emergency supplies, drug cabinets or next trip to the supermarket and see if any of the items listed below can be donated to our school. The list below are the missing items from our current inventory while compared to the School District 43 “Emergency Supplies List”. They don’t need to be new, they just need to be in working condition.
