How to Donate to the Walton PAC
Thank you for considering the Walton PAC for a donation. We welcome and are grateful for donations at any time.
To Donate
To donate please put your donation in an envelope addressed to the PAC. If you would like a tax receipt, please see the information below. You can either deliver the envelope to the PAC mailbox at the school office or mail it to Walton Elementary Parent Advisory Council, 2960 Walton Ave Coquitlam BC, V3B 6V6. Please do not put envelopes in your child's planner or hand to your child's teacher.
Tax Deductible Receipts
All donations over $25.00 are eligible for tax deductible receipts from School District 43. To receive a tax deductible receipt, please ensure your cheque is made out to Walton Elementary School (not the PAC) and put Walton PAC on the memo line. The school district will mail the receipt to the address on the cheque, so please make sure the address on your cheque is present and correct before handing in your donation.
Donors must provide the PAC with:
Tax receipts will be mailed early in the new year for donations made in the previous calendar year. To receive a tax receipt for this calendar year, please ensure your donation is received by the end of November.

- the name to appear on the receipt
- the address of that donor, including city and postal code an e-mail contact or phone number of the donor
