The Auction and Raffle Committee is requesting donations for our silent auction and raffle draws. If you or someone you know have a business, special talent to share, access to unique opportunities or someone influential to donate for this purpose, we are looking for your help!
We are offering three kinds of sponsorship opportunities:
Tastings – your own or shared table with another complimentary vendor. Acknowledgement, website, contact info and prominent logo placement in evening program and Walton PAC website.
Goods or services donations – to be used as auction, raffle and/or door prizes. Acknowledgement and logo placement in evening program and Walton PAC website.
Cash donations – any denomination is welcome. Acknowledgement and logo placement in evening program and Walton PAC website.
Where does the money for the fundraiser go? Here are a few examples:
iPads and Smartboards for classroom
Ongoing extra-curricular programs
Sports equipment for in school and extra-curricular use
Class sets of leveled readers for all divisions
To support the local food bank and a percentage of event proceeds will be donated to CKNW Orphans Fund
What types of auction or raffle items do well at the auction? Here are a few examples, but it is by no means an exhaustive list:
Travel experiences
Health and beauty related certificates
Educational and fun experiences for kids
Gift Certificates
Unique opportunities that money cannot buy: people, places and events
