Tot Lot Renovation Update - We Made It! We are very excited to announce that thanks to the generosity of the Walton Community we have met our Tot Lot Fundraising Goal!!! The community has come together and provided the funds needed to purchase and install the new Tot Lot in the upper playground. The playground has been ordered and the plans are now underway! THANK YOU!!! We would especially like to thank our Diamond level sponsors - the City of Coquitlam and Yejoon, Yeryn and Yeseung Park, without whose contributions this project would still be in the fundraising stages. A huge thank you also to all of our donors, volunteers and everyone who participated in our many fundraisers Tot Lot Playground DonorsDiamond

The J.W. McConnell Family Foundation is designing a new child and youth initiative focused on wellbeing in schools. Students, parents, teachers, and administrators are encouraged to complete an anonymous 20 minute survey by February 15, 2014 at www.surveymonkey.com/s/studentwellbeingcanada This survey will provide essential input to the design of a robust initiative: what schools are doing now and what they could be doing better/differently, and who needs to be engaged and how. If you would like to be kept informed and engaged in other ways, sign up for their newsletter using the link at the end of the survey. |
